Watch the sun drop from Trans Canada Trail

The quest

Trans Canada Trail faces the last light south-west of centre, Saskatoon. The quest is standing still until three lights stay on after the sun.

Steps

1. Arrive at Trans Canada Trail twenty minutes before sunset. Stay on public ground — not a bike lane, not a road deck.
2. Watch until the disk is gone. Name three lights that stay on.
3. Leave the way you came. Do not climb railings or cut through private docks.

Trans Canada Trail is one of the spots south-west of centre, Saskatoon where Saskatoon actually faces the sky. You get the last colour of the day and a few minutes of standing still a patio will not sell you.
