Steps

1. Find the public noticeboard at Spectrum.
2. Copy one notice (date, who posted it, what they want).
3. Leave. Do not attend the meeting unless you mean to — that is a different quest.

Cities still tape paper to walls. Spectrum (on Duke Street West, west of centre, Kitchener) is a working room in Kitchener: one public notice that is not an ad, and you have touched the actual city, not the brochure.
