1. Find the public noticeboard at Kelowna City Hall.
2. Copy one notice (date, who posted it, what they want).
3. Leave. Do not attend the meeting unless you mean to — that is a different quest.

Cities still tape paper to walls. Kelowna City Hall (on Water Street, west of centre, Kelowna) is a working room in Kelowna: one public notice that is not an ad, and you have touched the actual city, not the brochure.
